How the PDF tools handle files
Merge, split, image-to-PDF, and PDF-to-image run in the browser on pages labelled local processing. A typical email or job-portal cap is 2 MB; scanned pages at 300 DPI are usually the reason a file misses that cap. Toolioz does not list a public PDF compressor: use a dedicated compressor after merge if you need a size cap. Toolioz still loads page assets and analytics over the network; only the document bytes stay local when that label is present.
