Subtitle Time Shifter & Frame Rate Sync
Sync out-of-time subtitles by adding or subtracting milliseconds and adjusting frame rates (23.976, 24, 25, 29.97 fps).
How to use Subtitle Time Shift
- Paste subtitle content.
- Enter offset in milliseconds (+500ms or -1000ms).
- Download the synchronized subtitle file.
